In your role as "Services Coordinator Italy", you will be responsible for specific tasks and projects for the Italian market, especially in the fields of Product Development, Market Research and Customer Relations. The job is located in Duesseldorf, Germany.
Responsibilities
- Support Corporate Product Development in developing a Italian language website
(translation of buyer/seller site)
- Co-ordinate company wide marketing activities targeted at developing the Italian market
- Support the Bookseller Community department in bookseller acquisition efforts in the Italian market
- Italian-language customer support
Qualifications
- Italian as a mother tongue with a profound command of the language (grammar, spelling, style etc)
- Very good knowledge of the English language is essential, advanced level in German favourable
- University degree
- Very good analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experienced in PC / MS Office handling
- Good knowledge of the Internet and e-commerce
- A solid interest in books
- Open minded with a "hands-on“ attitude
- Work experience in the field of e-commerce and/or the book industry within Italy
