Scarce study of the Gospel of Barnabas, an account of the life of Christ purported to be written by the disciple Barnabas. The present work includes the complete text of the Italian manuscript in facsimile, with a French translation and commentary. Large 4to, 598pp. Bound in original yellow printed wrappers, in very good plus condition. Firm binding and crisp, unmarked, interior. No signs of prior ownership. Very light wear to edges, else fine.
