4to. Unpaginated (26pp). Original wrappers. Some age wear, creasing and minor staining to wraps. Illustrated with 24 b/w full-page reproductions of photographs & 1 color plate by Francois Kollar of close-ups, landscapes, 2 images of females in the nude and others. Heavy foxing to outer margin of color plate not affecting image. Colophon: "Achevè d'imprimer sur les Presses de Sadag le 1er Avril 1934. Planche en 4 couleurs exècutèe par le procèdè Fidhèlio Sqdqg dùqprès les sèlections de Kollar." Text in French by V. Photiadès. Wraps in good-, interior in overall very good condition. François Kollar (1904-1979) was an Hungarian photographer who emigrated to France in 1924. His unique use of light created a feel of mystery which gave even simple images a strong form of expression. Within the United States:
USPS Media mail is typically $5 for a book of average weight. Priority mail varies, depending on whether USPS flat-rates are applicable and advantageous for the dimension, weight and distance.
International:
International First Class typically starts at $20. International Priority is typically $35 or less if under four pounds weight, and starts at $40 if over four pounds. International Express is a faster and more expensive option.
Federal Express:
All Fed Ex shipping options are available, using your account or ours.
