Synopsis
In the second part of this 6 part serial novel, Rory and Dawn struggle to escape the Slobberers, horrific huge worm creatures with slavering tongues that suck the insides out of living creatures. Strange things happen - a battered bus is suddenly asit was before its accident and time seems to be moving backwards for Rory. Dawn is threatened by sheep with steel wool but her new step-mother won't take her story seriously. A plague of frogs confuses things even more and the frog general seems about to eat Gramps as the book reaches its cliff-hanger ending.
