The author finds that many custom mills fail to completely cover operating expenses and provides insights into what levels of grinding, mixing, and bagging are necessary for a custom mill to break even or turn a profit. The information in this book provides a tool for helping custom mill management to maximize the revenue from their operations and improve efficiency.
