Review :

"Fullan has excelled himself in this fourth edition. This is no mere updating of a tried and tested formula. Here Fullan offers us a view of educational change as comprehensive as the first edition, but with a depth and understanding of the complexities that are unsurpassed in their authority, vision and passion." - David Hopkins, HSBC iNet Chair of International Leadership, Institute of Education, University of London
