Dr. Fleming is President/CEO of an international consulting psychology firm (www.effectiveexecutivecoaching.com). He has been featured in The New York Times and The Christian Science Monitor and is a columnist on ?Transformations? for the high-end magazine Executive Decision. He lives in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
