Biographie de l'auteur

Juliette Kellow is a registered dietician with a degree in nutrition and over six years experience as an editor for health magazines, including three years at Top Sante. Juliette is also the co-author of Miracle Food For Kids, published by Hamlyn in January of this year. Location: Blackheath, London. Sara Lewis is an experienced home economist and food writer. She was the cookery editor of Practical Parenting magazine for over 12 years and is the author and co-author of many cookery books including Good Food for Mums, Slow Cooker and Cancer: Food, Facts and Recipes, all published by Hamlyn. Locations: London, Sussex. HEART UK is a national charity for patients and their families which combines the rich skills of research scientists and the caring and knowledgeable attention of doctors, nurses and dietitians, in order to support all those at risk of inherited high cholesterol and cardiovascular disease.
