Reward management and performance management systems are critically reviewed citing evidence of practice in many Irish organisations. The book includes up-to-date analysis of developments in Irish employment relations, incorporating 'right to bargain' legislation and recent key trends in trade union recognition and avoidance and the growth in non-union employment relations. Finally an up-to-date review of employment law in Ireland is presented.

Biographie de l'auteur :

Patrick Gunnigle PhD is Professor of Business Studies at the University of Limerick. Noreen Heraty PhD, is Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Development at the University of Limerick. Michael Morley PhD is Professor of Management at the University of Limerick.
