Jeremy Strong has been writing for children for many years and, until recently, combined this with being a primary school headteacher. He is hugely popular with children and won the 1997 Children's Book Award for THE HUNDRED MILE-AN-HOUR Dog and wasshortlisted for the Award in 1998 for MY GRANNY'S GREAT ESCAPE. Jeremy lives in Wrotham, Kent.
