Biographie de l'auteur :

Uli Hesse was born in Dortmund in 1966. The original version of Tor! was his first book. He has since written four more - three in German, one in English (Who Invented The Stepover?, with Paul Simpson). He has been published on five continents and has penned more than 300 columns for ESPN FC (formerly ESPN Soccernet). Having spent the first 45 years of his life in the Ruhr area, the hotbed of German football, he now lives in the only federal state that has never had a team in the (West German) Bundesliga or the (East German) Oberliga.
