Biographie de l'auteur :

Jenny de Gex is the Author of Asian Style and editor of numerous illustrated anthologies. She has contributed to over a hundred books, concentrating on fine arts subjects, including architecture and design, history and travel. She is a keen collector of posters, prints and ephemera with a focus on early twentieth-century travel. The Beekley Collection was assembled over a 50-year period by Mason Beekley, who eventually built a private museum in Connecticut to house the pieces, where they were available to view by invitation only. Today, in its new home at Mammoth Lakes in California, it is the largest private collection of ski memorabilia in the world, including 2000 books, more than 600 posters, 200 paintings and other skiing ephemera.
