Biographie de l'auteur :

Mervyn Smallwood is a coach, speaker, trainer and writer who helps other people make more of life. His own journey of discovery led him to explore many philosophies, religions and much contemporary thinking. Along the way he has supported hundreds of people, working closely with them as a life coach, business coach and church minister. He wrote this book to pass on what he has learned through his 30 years of research and practice.
