Brett Blair is a life coach / High Performance Advisor and founder of The Blair Leadership Group, a life and leadership coaching and consulting firm.

Brett also founded and leads Sanford Rose Associates–Blair Leadership Group, an executive search company.

Prior to establishing his firm in 2007, Brett earned an industrial engineering degree, an MBA, and enjoyed a 25-year corporate career in international business.

Brett’s passion is helping people, and he has the real-world experience and practical perspectives from which to be able to advise professionals in a variety of industries and during all seasons of life.

Brett has a unique perspective on personal growth and happiness, and is recognized for his ability to lead others to maximize their own potential through living a life of purpose, balance and significance. He enjoys coaching people through a transformative process of self-discovery, thought observation, and modification of thinking patterns.

Brett is a relentless optimist, has strong faith in God, believes that the world is abundant, beautiful and full of new opportunities, and that each day brings the promise of renewal and a new beginning.
