Meanwhile, Taylor, a Vice-President of Human Resources for a large corporation, tries to cope with her husband's infidelity, the unhealthy influence of his best friend and her own insecurities. Unfortunately, her way of coping does more harm than good.
Things begin to spiral out of control for the Harris' when it is revealed that Taylor has an addiction to pills and Devin's best friend Ted is dying.
As Devin and Taylor struggle to repair a foundation that has been shattered to its very core, they learn with the rest of the world that through THE PUREST OF PAIN comes healing.
