Alastair Hudson, LLB, LLM, PhD (Lond.), NTFS, FRSA, FHEA, Barrister, Lincoln’s Inn, is Professor of Equity & Finance Law at the University of Southampton. He has been voted UK Law Teacher of the Year and is a National Teaching Fellow.
