Fran grew up an only child in a military family. She enjoyed being an 'Army Brat' and the opportunities that life presented, living in Germany and several states. Her creativity and imagination were born of necessity, often being 'the new kid on the block'. Her career choice seemed obvious, when, before she could read, she made up stories to accompany the illustrations in her Golden Books. Fran currently resides in Warsaw, Indiana with her grown daughter Cheryl, 3 Shih Tzus Reagan, Aria and Sonnet, and her Miniature Schnauzer Presley. When she's not working, she stays busy with friends, her mom and her daughter who is the light of her life. Although writing has long been her passion, Fran began actively pursuing her writing career in 2004. "The Glass Dome: Legacy of Love" is her first novel. Fran has two children's stories: "The Adventures of Mozart and Raja" and "The Carrot Cream Pie Caper". She has also written 2 short stories: "Rosebuds and Lace" and "Decision Dot Com". And in keeping with her desire to enrich women's lives, her most meaningful book "911: Help God! I Need You NOW!" addresses issues with which women regularly struggle. She has been presented the "Editor's Choice Award" for her poetry featured in an anthology entitled "Twilight Musings" and a CD collection entitled "Creative Poetic Expression". Fran is President of From the VINE, the company under which she writes. From the VINE is also a marketing company, specializing in graphic design and marketing for the arts. Fran believes that only by growing nearer to God, can she understand His will for her life and fulfill her purpose and passion. It is with great fervor that she seeks to enrich the lives of women. She believes in passing on the blessings that the Lord has bestowed on her by using her resources for others.
