He has been an industry leader in Consultative and Needs-based Selling and Team Building. Mr. Strimple has trained and coached hundreds of people to find the Inner-Winner in themselves. He has a passion for the understanding of human behavior and has spent his life in a quest for understanding what it is that limits our personal development; what makes us think the things we think, and most importantly, what motivates us to do the things we do.
