Dr. Michael P. Bonner practices dentistry full time in Rockdale, Texas, with another dentist, three dental hygienists, and six very busy staff members. He has also found time to lecture on dental health and wellness topics to physicians and dentists nationwide and abroad, including Aruba, Canada, Malaysia, and Singapore. Dr. Bonner has authored numerous articles in newspapers, newsletters, and magazines on topics related to health and wellness. Dr. Earl L. Mindell is a founder of the health and wellness revolution and the author of more than thirty books, including The Vitamin Bible, which has sold more than 10 million copies worldwide. A registered pharmacist, a master herbalist, and an internationally recognized expert on nutrition, drugs, vitamins, and herbal remedies, Dr. Mindell is a Professor of Nutrition at Pacific Western University in Los Angeles. He lives in Beverly Hills, California.
