Our Differences Define Us Promise is a pledge to live from the inside out and to be different – which is perfectly normal! Be Weird. Be Odd. Be Different. About the author & illustrator: Kathryn Lehan is the author of Save Yourself! The Plain Truth (2007), Becoming a Warrior (2011) and River of Life (2011). She lives in Houston, Texas. Mr. Ngo attended the internationally renowned École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux Arts, and spent 24 years in Africa. He lives with his wife in Allen, Texas.
