Revue de presse :
‘A Twist of Fate is an epic page-turner. It takes you to the height of opulence and the depths of despair, and shows that growing into a life of privilege doesn’t by any means guarantee happiness. Joanna Rees combines some very hard subject matters with wonderful love stories, spectacular locations and an incredible cast of characters’ --Novelicious.com
"When I first saw the cover of this book, I was immediately attracted. And, as the cover promised, I was left awe struck after reading A Twist of Fate! I loved this story and especially the two main characters, Thea and Romy. You knew that they would meet each other at one point, but everything turned out differently than I expected ... This is one of the best books that I have read so far during 2012 and I hope to read more by this author soon!" --Booklover
"A fiercely engaging, readable, yet intelligent novel ... Best read with tissues and tea. Or something involving gin, on the beach" --aMuse Magazine
"Very well written with plenty of twists and turns that hook you in ... If you like losing yourself in epic tales by the likes of Penny Vincenzi and Lesley Pearse, you ll love this" --This Week s Hot Reads, Woman
"This book is a real page turner and I finished it in 2 days! I recommend this gripping book to everyone."

Biographie de l'auteur :
Jo Rees grew up in Chelmsford before getting an English and Drama degree at Goldsmiths' College. After several bizarre jobs, including running her own sandwich delivery business and writing promotions for the back of Sugar Puffs boxes, It Could Be You, was published in 1997 under her maiden name, Josie Lloyd, and enabled her to meet fellow novelist, Emlyn Rees. Together they wrote Come Together, a twenty-something rom-com, which became a number one Sunday Times bestseller and was translated into 26 languages. They went on to co-write six more successful novels, and along the way got married and had three kids. In 2007 Jo went solo and wrote Platinum, followed by Forbidden Pleasures in 2010. Jo also writes a light-hearted blog about her life as a novelist and mother in Brighton called mumwritesbooks.com, which was in the top ten Times mummy blogs. A Twist of Fate is her eleventh novel.
