Biographie de l'auteur :
Jane Nicol is a registered nurse and Senior Lecturer at the University of Worcester. During her career she has worked across a range of clinical settings, enabling her to develop a broad knowledge and skill base. She currently teaches on the pre-registration nursing programme at the University of Worcester, focusing on the care and management of people living with a long term condition and people receiving palliative care. Her particular areas of interest are interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, and the importance of these in allowing nurses to develop positive relationships with the people for whom they care.
