An experienced instructor in the health and fitness industry, Tim specialises in teaching the principles of exercise, nutrition and healthy eating to gym instructors and personal trainers. He is also involved in teaching fitness for disabled clients and training for older adults. Tim has worked for London Central YMCA as a tutor in health and fitness for over 20 years. Prior to that he studied engineering, gaining a BSc in technology and an MSc in robotics. He can also boast an impressive CV of health and fitness qualifications in personal training, gym instructing, fitness training, exercise to music, nutrition and weight management, as well as specialist areas such as exercise for older adults and disabled people. Tim’s interest in nutrition began in the 1980s.
