Excelling in storytelling from an early age, Jessica Benya has been published in magazines, journals, and writers’ communities, and has enjoyed a literary following in several countries. She is a collegiate Washingtonian whose interests include politics, character studies, philosophy and life’s injustices. Her writing is timely and optimistic, as she deals with some of life’s darker elements. As a young voice she has grasped the use of characters to represent greater humanitarian issues and introduces us to people and places that open the mind and encourage discussion.
