Pebbles Armwood is a 30 year old native Baltimorean raised with her three siblings by a single mother. She attended Baltimore City public schools and graduated in 2000. After high school, Pebbles attended Cosmetology school, Massage Therapy school, and graduated from The Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC). After losing 54lbs, Pebbles started a website (www.pebblesarmwood.com), a Blog, and a Facebook page called Mental Fitness. Pebbles have an eagerness to enlighten people about mental, emotional, and physical fitness. She does so by speaking at events about her 3 Easy Steps to Mental Fitness. Her blog discusses how Mental + Emotional = Physical Fitness. She also uses Mental Fitness to teach the importance of juicing for health. Through her weight loss journey, she became a guest on The Dr. Oz Show about juicing, WBALTV11 News, Fox 45 News, 88.9 FM, Eat Smart and Workout Hard, Essexpatch.com, Natural Hair Magazine, Black Women Work Out, she was featured in Planet Fitness newsletter in April, and she became the first feature for WBAL “Be More“ and more.
