She has held positions in a wide variety of healthcare settings such as home health, assisted living, long term acute care, travel nursing, and neuro and cardiac intensive care units. She is also an author, copywriter, and career consultant. As the founder of ReNursing Career Consulting, a business dedicated to helping nurses foster careers beyond the bedside, Nachole loves educating and inspiring other nurses to succeed and live the life of their dreams.
