Brenda Robinson has over twenty-five years of experience in the healthcare, manufacturing, and aerospace industries and has held leadership positions in call center management, Six Sigma / lean project management, global cost savings program management, and finance and accounting. She is certified in Six Sigma, lean, and change management and holds a degree in accounting and finance. She serves as a mentor in her employer's mentoring program and is a member of the Inclusion and Diversity Council. She understands that life is about choices. The choices we've made have shaped who we are today, but the choices we make will determine who we will become. She is a strong believer that, to change your life, you must first change your mind. This sometimes means having the courage to step out and do things others may doubt or not agree with and more importantly being true to yourself. She continues to use lessons from this book to further enrich her life.
