Amy Hager is a nutritionist, crafter and backyard beekeeper who enjoys living the dream life of living in harmony with natural world. She loves a great garden harvest, cooking and educating others about eating nourishing foods. She left the corporate 9-5 workforce to start her own nutrition practice, which has given her the flexibility to spend more time pursuing the hobbies that fascinate and fulfill her, such as beekeeping and creating hand made crafts including jewelry and mead-making. Her passion is to help others discover and design their dream lives through process she calls "life crafting." By uncovering and connecting to personal values, prioritizing the time spent on them, and igniting the feel good "happy" energy inside all of us, she enables others to pursue their dreams.
