So far, the focus of organizational transformation has been on the redesign of tactical units such as the interim brigade combat teams. But corps--the Army's operational level organizations--must also be transformed. D. ROBERT WORLEY national security analysis career has included positions with the RAND Corporation, the Institute for Defense Analyses, and the Center for Emerging Threats and Opportunities at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies. His analytic activities have been concentrated in higher echelon command and control but include wargaming, training, and experimentation at the national command, allied command Europe, unified command, and joint task force levels.
