Gregory L. Mattson has a Ph.D from the University of Southern Mississippi. He is the author of SS - Das Reich: The History of the Second SS Division 1939-45 and the co-author of Campaigns of World War II: Pacific War and Nam: A Photographic History. He lives in St. Paul, Minnesota.
