Biographie de l'auteur
Andrew G Ralston is an expert on crime and criminology as well as a former teacher. He has written numerous academic and educational works. This new book includes first-hand material from key figures, including the personal reminiscences of ex-Superintendent Joe Beattie who knew the author for twenty-five years.
