Johanna Leseho is an associate professor in the Faculty of Education at Brandon University in Manitoba, Canada, as well as a certified Laughter Yoga Instructor. Her most recent research project, Coming alive: Creative movement as a personal coping strategy on the path to healing and growth,A" was the impetus for this book. Sandra McMaster is a counselor at Brandon University in Manitoba, Canada, supporting students through their personal and academic growth. Witnessing the disconnection between body and self in her clients, Sandra has come to know the transformative power of renewing and rebuilding that connection through body awareness. It is this healing power and the love of dance that moved Sandra to engage in the creation of this book.
