ALEXANDER STILWELL is the author of The Special Forces Bible (Chartwell Books, 2013). An experienced writer and editor specializing in military history and current affairs, he spent six years in the British Territorial Army. Here, he gained invaluable training in survival skills, first aid procedures, and escape and evasion techniques.
