Biographie de l'auteur :

Joanne Oppenheim is the author of more than fifty books, many of which have received awards and critical acclaim. A former primary school teacher, she is well known for her work in child development, education and children's literature. She is currently the President of Oppenheim Toy Portfolio, Inc., an organization that reviews children's products. The Prince's Bedtime (2006) is Joanne's second project for Barefoot Books, following The Miracle of the First Poinsettia (2003). Miriam Latimer grew up in St. Albans, Hertfordshire, and studied illustration at the University of the West of England, gaining a first class honours degree in 2003. Her first picture book, Wheelie Girl, was published in 2006. Since graduating, Miriam has married and works from her studio in Devon.
