Louise Gullifer is a Reader in Commercial Law at the University of Oxford and a Fellow and Tutor of Harris Manchester College, Oxford. Jennifer Payne is Reader in Corporate Finance Law at the University of Oxford, and a Fellow and Tutor of Merton College, Oxford.
