Présentation de l'éditeur :
For 65 years now, motor racing enthusiasts have marvelled at the elite technology powering the world s fastest racing cars of Formula 1. Starting with the Alfa Romeo 158/159 of the opening 1950 and 1951 racing seasons, each advance in technology had created more speed and more power and kept racing fans on the edge of their seats. Chris Lambden has followed and reported on Formula 1 racing for many years and has closely watched the cars develop. In GP Classics F1's 20 Greatest Cars, he selects the machines that have turned the most heads over the decades. The story of these cars has become almost mythical. They have transformed battling teams into powerful manufacturers, and transformed drivers into world champions. GP Classics F1's 20 Greatest Cars is a must read for any fan of motor racing and car manufacturing.
