Is an Assistant lecturer at St.Augustine University of Tanzania.A medical doctor with over five years experience of medical and public health practice,Management,research and teaching. He holds an MSc in Public Health from Maastricht University in The Netherlands and an MD degree from University of Dar es salaam, Tanzania.
