"Transmission Electron Microscopy" presents the theory of image and contrastformation, and the analytical modes in transmission electron microscopy. Theprinciples of particle and wave optics of electrons are described. Electron-specimen interactions are discussed for evaluating the theory of scattering and phase contrast.
