Présentation de l'éditeur :
Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. Canada Park is a national park established and maintained by the Jewish National Fund of Canada. It lies mostly in the West Bank, with a portion in the region that was a no man''s land before 1967 and incorporated into Israel in 1967. Israeli forces established Canada Park in an area lying mostly in Jordan and to a lesser extent in Israel after the Six-Day War. A recreational area, it is located west of Jerusalem, north of Highway 1 (Tel Aviv - Jerusalem), between the Latrun intersection and Sha''ar HaGai. The park lies on land formerly occupied by four Palestinian villages: Dayr Ayyub, Imwas, Yalo, and Bayt Nuba. Israeli forces demolished these villages immediately after the Six-Day War as part of the Israeli strategy to widen the Jerusalem Corridor.
