The building reaches a height of 549 feet (167.3 m) up to its twin spires, and was completed in 1932. It is located by the intersections of Walker Street, Lispenard Street, Church Street and the Avenue of the Americas. The structure is currently the 369th tallest building in New York City and the 3,956 tallest building in the world.The tower was designed by the architectural firm of Voorhees, Gmelin and Walker, and contains 1.15 million square feet of office space. It is managed by the privately held Rudin Management Company.
