Biographie de l'auteur :

V.G. Kondalkar is Professor and Head of the Department, VNS Institute of Management, Neelbud, Bhopal. Earlier, he served as Professor at Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Indore. He has attended Defence Services Staff College, Wellington, and has been Professor and Director, Army War College, Mhow (MP), and Director and Professor of Army Clarks Technical School, Aurangabad. He is on the Board of Studies (Management), Barkatullah University, Bhopal. Professor Kondalkar has authored three books and published about forty articles in reputed journals.
