This book is useful for all under graduates, Post Graduates and practicing engineers alike. A very methodical approach in subject presentation I have bought this book after leave my college studies after 22 yrs and found very useful in enhancing my subject grip. Only restriction on this book is it is not using SI Units in its calculations you have to make necessary conversions where ever necessary which is not a big issue. --GUDIPATY GVLNMURTY Jan 6, 2014

Best Book in Power Plant Engineering Wonderful Book...each chapter is written by experts starting from basic engineering, systems, equipment, constructional features, code requirement etc... detailed with drawings & calculation...covering of the subject is very good with nuclear & emerging technologies... Needs to add dedicated chapters for Supercritical Technology... I have softcopy also which had index at the end, but in this hardcopy there is no index given at the end of the book which I found a great drawback....Must read for all Power Plant Engineers... --Sayan Sadhu
