This is an excellent cookbook that I have been waiting for a long time. It has the most delicious, mouth-watering Indian recipes and written in a manner that makes cooking simple and easy. This is a must-use tool for any man or woman who hopes to win over the heart through the stomach. --By Mukesh Hegde

If you want to make Indian food at home, this is a great book. Be warned however that many ingredients are required that cannot be found in most grocery stores. You really need to prepare yourself with all the ingredients before attempting a recipe or it won't turn out as it should. Agree with other reviewers who also state there is a lack of pictures.
