The trip into independent creativity continues with the second section of the book series 36 Chambers , an original project by Drago. The tour guides will be Fupete and JackLaMotta, two outsiders from the street scene. The appointment is in the zoo inhabited by the fantastic creatures of their imagination: childish, brut and outsiders. The title, Animal Collective reveals the idea of an alternative factory , where ideas and emotions find their place, outside the mainstream clichés. The only rule will be the instinct, in a society based on sharing: human and artistic. Without escaping into utopia, but filling that emptiness with meaning and authenticity. This is how life becomes a blank page, untouched, ready to be written in another language. Fupete and JackLaMotta are two playful spirits who, in the innocence of a joke, find a very serious tool of communication. An upsidedown world that alters perception thus freeing sight from conditionings. To be part of it, being spectators is not enough: one needs to be involved in the game. An ancient, poetic approach, like the glass blower who, when pulling out form from matter, attacks it with the flame. The metaphor, the absurd, the paradox, are the very bricks that build their house: a creative community in which only akin souls come together. To reflect this union is Animal Collective, a book by Fupete and JackLaMotta, dedicated to dreamers escaping from banality.
