Das Buch begleitet die bisher größte Austellung von 60 Künstlern aus der italienischen urban und street art Szene vom Sommer 2008 in Rom. Es gibt einen vollständigen Überblick über die italienische Variante dieser internationalen ästhetischen Bewegung. Mit einer DVD The Making of (viele Arbeiten wurden in der Ausstellung produziert, dazu Interviews mit Künstlern) und der passenden Musik auf CD, zusammengestellt von dem DJ Abstract Hip Hop Wizard: Costa. Der Herausgeber Gianluca Marziani (geb.1970) ist Kurator, Autor und Herausgeber zahlreicher Kunstbücher.
Biographie de l'auteur :
Gianluca Marziani (Milan, 1970) is a contemporary art critic and curator. A professional journalist since 1996, he can boast several collaborations in Italy and abroad. Since May 2010 he has been the artistic director of Spoleto Collicola Palace Visual Arts. He is co-inventor and curator of the Terna Prize. He was the artistic director of the Rocco Guglielmo Foundation. On the occasion of the 2011 edition of the Venice Biennial, he was an external curator for the Umbria Pavilion and a consultant for the project on Italian Cultural Institutes in the world.
