Naleeza Ebrahim ~ Trained as lawyer, Naleeza decided early in her career that the legal profession wasn t her cup of tea and made the switch to broadcasting. Since then she has written, researched, directed and produced countless programmes for national and private broadcast. On the homefront, Naleeza s dinner parties are legendary among her friends who can t stop raving about her fabulous cooking. Yaw Yan Yee ~ Born in Ipoh, Malaysia, and having grown up there, it is in Yaw s very nature to have a discerning taste for good food after all, the people of Ipoh are known for that. Being a regular traveller, he has also refined his taste as he samples food from various parts of the world, including India, China and the Malaysian region, where the food featured in this book originated.
