In these duration of 18 years, the author has interacted with thousands of souls in their struggles of life. The smile on the lips of the happy and contented soul after receiving the desired services of the government has given tremendous joys and satisfaction to the author. This attempt at poetry by the author is an exploration of another dimension of life in rendering the true joys and happiness to the readers.
