Paul Eltzbacher, a German-Jewish Professor of Law, was born in Cologne 1868 and died in Berlin 1928; scholar and writer; studied in Leipzig, Heidelberg, Strassburg and Göttingen; lectured in Halle and became Professor of Law at the Handelshochschule in Berlin; published on anarchism and contemporary political subjects; author of `Anarchism' 1900. He became a Bolshevik after 1918. Subjects: Yiddish - Anarchism. Anarchists. Institutional stamps on endpages and backstrip, otherwise fresh and clean. Good condition. (YID-19-11).
