Two works, folio, general title to each Act with coat of arms, drop-head titles on following leaf, pp. , 39 - 40; , 79 - 95,  blank; black letter, disbound, some minor worming in lower blank margin of the second work. [Two Acts aiming at isolating James Francis Edward, Prince of Wales, son of the deposed James II of England (James VII of Scotland) now living in France and claiming the throne of England, Scotland, and Ireland. This claim was carried on by his son Charles Edward Stuart. The claim led to the Jacobite rebellions of 1715 and 1745.
