Leather-bound hardcover in poor condition. 2nd volume of 2-volume set. Blind tooling and raised bands, with gilt-stamped title and volume number on spine. Scuffing and rubbing along extremities, with chipping to head and tail of spine. Both hinges cracked. Otherwise, binding sound. Red page edges. Colored ribbon markers. Tears to flyleaf, and small tears and dog-ears to final pages and adjoining pages. Pages lightly browned. A few tabs taped to pages. Very occasional tears in text, repaired with yellowed tape.
